Olery,an Amsterdam-based provider of guest experience management software for the leisure and hospitality industry, today announced the relaunch of their Olery Review Sites Database. A completely redesigned and updated free online information repository that enables hospitality companies to leverage their online reputation and presence. It provides details on more than 130 international sites and social communities where people review travel related properties. The database includes review giants like TripAdvisor and Zoover, OTA’s that provide user reviews like Booking.com, Hotels.com, but also many local and lesser known review sources.
Reviews of ever-growing importance in buying decisions
Online reputation is an increasingly important driver of revenue for hotels. Higher user ratings mean higher rankings on exactly those channels where guests book your hotel rooms nowadays. It has been said and written for many years now that customers heavily trust on peer recommendations when buying new products. However, recent research suggests that online reviews are even more important than traditional word-of-mouth.
All review sites in one place and up-to-date
For over a year the Olery Review Sites Database has provided insight for hotels managers on how to best leverage their hotel’s presence and reputation online. This database is now redesigned, updated and it features new filters and categories. Next to the real-time website traffic analysis and data, number of reviews, a breakdown of the types of reviews and sub ratings the database now provides:
