Travelers losing interest in home-sharing

The partner swapping has continued in the world of budget airlines and hotel room providers with easyJet announcing a deal with Booking.com, Ryanair’s previous supplier, which now uses HotelsCombined for accommodation.
From this month easyJet and Priceline-owned Booking.com will make more than 200,000 properties available for the airline’s customers to book.
Customers will be able to choose from Booking.com’s accommodation service via a reservation tool on the easyJet website.
Catherine Lynn, easyJet customer and revenue director, said: “We are really pleased to announce our collaboration with Booking.com. We are sure it will be popular with our customers.
“It will enable our customers to choose from a wider range of Europe’s leading hotels, with greater flexibility and at guaranteed, best-available prices."
