While many social and online commerce companies focus their attention on "time spend" and "increasing attention", Booking.com knows that travelers want fast answers - and the company is very determined to serve that call.
According to Gillian, AI will play a major role in delivering assistance and personalized services to travelers. The company's Booking Assistant features already over 30 AI components, that help customers on their way to find and book the hotel that suits them best.
