Reputation, reviews & revenue: TrustYou launches reputation machine


As TrustYou CEO & Co-Founder Ben Jost describes it: half man, half machine. The Reputation Machine, a holistic approach to increasing reviews, content distribution, strategic marketing and driving revenue, has just launched under the data-driven, results-focused, revenue-building minds of TrustYou, online reputation management (ORM) market leader for the travel industry.

The 30-minute sessions will help travel industry professionals better understand The Reputation Machine and how it helps to drive reviews and revenue through a strategic combination of monitoring, surveys, content distribution and marketing.

Participants will also learn more about the TrustScore, an independent ranking that is a compilation of all online comments and reviews. On a scale of 100 the hotel gets a score that is representative of what is being said about them across the Internet. The higher the score, the better endorsement it is. It is quickly becoming a new barometer to measure success from direct consumer feedback; and an important marketing tool.
