ReviewPro, the international leader in online reputation and social media management for the hotel industry, has released its Global Review Index™ Top Hotel Rankings for major cities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The Top Hotel Rankings are based on the Global Review Index™, a benchmark for guest satisfaction in the hotel industry that is based on guest review scores from hundreds of the most relevant Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and review sites worldwide.

In Berlin, The Regent took the #1 spot in the ranking, followed by Adlon Kempinski and Alma Schlosshotel im Grunewald.

Excelsior Hotel Ernst (Cologne), Bulow Palais (Dresden), Breidenbacher Hof (Dusseldorf), Villa Orange (Frankfurt), Park Hyatt (Hamburg), Hotel Savoy (Hannover), Steigenberger Grandhotel Handelshof (Leipzig), Mandarin Oriental (Munich), Hotel Vosteen (Nuremberg) and Waldhotel Stuttgart topped the lists in the other German cities profiled in these rankings.
Hotel Radhouse in Vienna and Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg took the number one spots in Austria, while Four Seasons Geneva and Dolder Grand Hotel Zurich are leaders in Switzerland.
