Sabre launches Deals

Through an easy-to-use graphical interface, agents can search for hotel deals bookable by Sabre Red Workspace users, as well as other agent-specific offers and unique in-destination activities and tours.
Sabre Travel Network launched AgentStream Deals + Extras, offering travel agents free access to a new search tool featuring thousands of Sabre Travel Deals and Sabre Travel Extras. Through an easy-to-use graphical interface, agents can search for hotel deals bookable by Sabre Red Workspace users, as well as other agent-specific offers and unique in-destination activities and tours.
With AgentStream Deals + Extras, agents can sort deals by popularity based on ratings shared by other agent experts or post their own reviews based on past experience. They can also save their favorites to a personalized trip folder, and share with clients via a customizable PDF brochure or HTML email, as well as through social media sites including Twitter & Facebook.
“AgentStream Deals + Extras puts unique, in-destination information at agents’ fingertips so they can better serve their travelers and drive more revenue for their businesses,” said Chris Kroeger, senior vice president of marketing for Sabre Travel Network. “By integrating new social components such as expert-generated reviews and social media sharing, we’re giving agents the cutting-edge tools they need to further differentiate themselves as they enhance the traveler’s experience from start to finish.”
This new tool is the latest addition to AgentStream, the industry’s largest travel agent community with more than 5,000 active travel agent members from 122 countries worldwide.
AgentStream Deals + Extras is available to all travel agents regardless of GDS affiliation, providing access to hotel deals, activities, tours, ground transportation, attractions and events. Upon initial launch, AgentStream Deals + Extras will primarily feature destinations in North America and Latin America, with plans to integrate additional global content from all regions in 2012.
